"Serve 2.0" is much like Web 2.0, a dynamic and collaborative web presence that involves social media tools as Facebook, YouTube, Ning, Delicious social bookmarking, and Twitter. Stetson University's Center for Service-Learning has incorporated "Serve 2.0" throughout all of its programs and would like to share its benefits with university, city, and statewide partners. This FL|CC Day Institute will emphasize the empowerment of community partners from across the state of Florida so as to enhance their effectiveness and productivity through more effective marketing and volunteer management strategies.
